Article 3.2: Mode of data collection

When you use our site, the following data is automatically collected: 

  • We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way.

  • Non-identifiable Personal Information such as the Visitor's or User's device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, landing/exit pages, timestamp, etc.

Other personal data is collected when you perform the following operations on the platform:

  • We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to navigate away from the page.

  • We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications);  comments, feedback, product ratings, recommendations and personal profile.

They are kept by the controller under reasonable security conditions, for a period that will not be beyond the strictly necessary period as set out in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the law.

The company is likely to keep certain personal data beyond the periods announced above in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.

Article 3.3: Hosting and storage of data

BaptistoBook is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Personal Information of Users and their Users may be stored in data centers located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. We may use other countries if necessary for the proper provision of our Services and/or if required by law (as explained in more detail below).

Wix.com Ltd.  is based in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection for Personal Information of residents of EU member states.

Wix Affiliates and Third Party Service Providers  who store or process your Personal Information on behalf of Wix are contractually committed to protecting and securing it, consistent with industry standards and regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.
